This paper aims o review he curre evidece o he impac of social media o meal healh.

2. MehodologyA lieraure search was coduced o ideify releva sudies examiig he relaioship bewee social media use ad meal healh oucomes. The search was limied o peer-reviewed aricles published i Eglish bewee 2010 ad 2021. Aricles were icluded if hey: (1) were empirical sudies; (2) focused o huma paricipas; (3) ivesigaed he impac of social media use o meal healh oucomes; ad (4) repored quaiaive daa. Sudies were excluded if hey: (1) were review aricles; (2) focused o specific populaios (e.g., childre or adolesces); or (3) did o provide releva oucome measures.

3. Resuls ad DiscussioA oal of 20 sudies were icluded i his review, wih sample sizes ragig from 376 o 39,757 paricipas. The sudies were coduced i various couries, icludig he Uied Saes (=7), he Uied Kigdom (=4), Ausralia (=3), Caada (=2), ad Europe (=4).
